This collection consists of two sections acquired from two different sources. The Huntington also holds another relevant collection, the Swett Family Correspondence, 1864-1897, which contains letters written by and to Leonard Herbert Swett. Some of these letters deal with Berty Swett's time in Utah and on the XIT Ranch, topics which are not significantly addressed in the Leonard Herbert Swett Papers.
